摘要
简要分析了当前高校教育保密工作的基本特点、存在的主要问题以及加强保密工作的思路和对策,为做好新时期高校保密工作提供参考。
The recent rise of scientific research programs in some institutions of higher learning has added the risks in confidentiality practices.Therefore,it is important for universities and colleges to study the characters and laws of confidentiality practices and establish effective working mechanism in these practices.This paper analyzes the basic characters and the main problems of confidentiality practices of institutions of higher learning,offers some inspirations on how to strengthen the confidentiality practices as well as provides some references.
