摘要
文中分析了军地一体化应急物流的发展现状及物流预案优选的影响因素,并应用层次分析法(AHP)建立了军地一体化应急物流预案优选的递阶层次结构模型,通过计算各层元素对系统目标的合成权重,并进行排序,得出影响因素的权重,明确了各指标的权重,最后通过层次总排序得出军地一体化应急物流的优选预案,从而为军地一体化应急物流预案的优化选择提供了科学的决策依据。
In this paper,the problem of martial and local integration emergency logistics preparedness is discussed,the present development and affect factors of martial and local integration emergency logistics preparedness are analyzed,the hierarchy pattern of the scheme selection,the overall evaluation and order listing method of how to choose a martial and local integration emergency logistics preparedness are put forward by the Analytical Hierarchy Process.
