从消费者视角看山西本地超市的物流差距

The Logistics Gap of Shanxi Local Supermarket on the View of Consumers

摘要 随着连锁经营成为超市的发展趋势,大规模连锁经营的超市成为满足消费者日常消费需求的主要零售商。然而,对于连锁超市来说,大规模的连锁经营也带来了不可避免的管理问题。当消费者日益感受到国内超市与国外超市相比的管理差距时,国内超市需要思考自身的问题来源。文中首先从消费者的视角提出了山西本地超市在经营中表现出来的实际问题,通过分析这些问题,提出了山西本地超市的问题来源于其物流差距,并在对差距的进一步解析后,提出了山西本地超市如何弥补物流差距的行动措施。 Along withthe development of supermarket chain operation,large-scale chain-like management supermarket meet consumers' daily consumption demand as the major retailers.However,for supermarket chain,large-scale chain-like management also brought the inevitable management issues.When consumers increasingly feel the gap between foreign and domestic supermarket,it is essential for domestic supermarket to think about the source of gap.This paper puts forward actual problems showing in the process of operating of Shanxi local supermarket on the view of consumers;through the analysis of these problems,gives the opinion that the problems come from logistics gap.Further analysis of gap of Shanxi local supermarket,puts forward the measures to remedy the gap.
