摘要
构建煤炭企业的现代物流管理体系不仅可以提高企业的经济效益,还可以构建现代化企业一体化制度以提高企业的竞争力。文中基于陕北地区独特的地理环境和大量的煤炭企业,分析了目前企业的物流管理体系中存在的问题,并指出应该从管理方法、交通协调、物质采购及信息化管理、人才的培养等几个方面构建陕北煤炭企业的现代物流管理体系,以实现陕北煤炭企业的快速良好的发展。
Constructing the modern logistics in coal enterprise management system can not only improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,can also build modernized enterprise integrated system to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the unique geographical environment in northern Shannxi and a lot of coal enterprises,analyzes the present enterprise logistics management system,and points out the existing problems in management,traffic should be coordinated and material procurement and information management and cultivation of talents from several aspects such as construction of modern logistics,coal enterprise management system in northern Shannxi,in order to realize the rapid coal enterprise development in northern Shannxi.
