摘要
结合西安现实情况,应用SWOT分析技术对西安发展现代物流业的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行系统分析,并在此基础上,提出了西安发展现代物流业的相关对策建议。SWOT分析法是美国哈佛大学安德鲁教授提出的战略分析法,又称道斯矩阵,其实质是通过分析自身内部所具有的优势(Strengths)和劣势(Weaknesses)、判断所面临的外部机遇(Opportunities)和挑战(Threats),最终提出相应的战略方案。
Based on the existing condition,the paper systematically analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of developing modern logistics in Xi＇an city with SWOT and puts forward relevant countermeasures and advices.SWOT analysis is proposed by Andrew,a Harvard University Professor,through the analysis of internal benefits（strengths）and disadvantages（weaknesses）,judgments of external opportunities facing（opportunities）and challenges（threats）,appropriate strategic advices will be eventually proposed.
