摘要
从ＭＲＰ，ＪＩＴ和ＭＲＰ／ＪＩＴ混合式生产管理方法的特点分析入手，在实际生产和需求环境中抽取７种主要因素，讨论它们对实施各种生产管理方法的影响，为制造企业正确选择生产管理模式提供一种实用的方法。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics if MRP, JIT and MRP/JIT mixed production management methods, seven main factors are selected from production and demand environment and their possible effects on various production management methods analysed. In this paper, a practical method is provided for manufacturing enterprises in their selection of appropriate production management methods.
