摘要
复杂环境下服役的混凝土结构由于长期受到腐蚀作用,造成混凝土性能退化,导致混凝土结构耐久性降低而提前发生破坏。文章在系统总结国内外有关化学腐蚀对混凝土性能影响研究工作的基础上,采用加速试验的方法,研究混凝土在酸性环境腐蚀下的微观结构变化。对腐蚀试件进行扫描电镜SEM研究表明,微观结构出现的微裂纹越多,混凝土耐久性下降越快。同时,对比混凝土试件与水泥砂浆试件,得到混凝土试件抗酸性腐蚀能力更好的结论。
Due to the long-time chemical attacking environment,the performance of concrete structure reduces obviously and this phenomenon probably causes sudden collapse ahead of service age.In this article,a systemic summary of relative research is introduced at first,and then an accelerating method is presented to study the change of microstructure of cement-based materials under acid corrosion environment.Through the result of scanning electron microscopy,it draws the conclusion that the more micro cracks are found,the faster the durability of concrete declines.At the same time,for the same corrosion solution,results from scanning electron microscopy indicate that concrete has better anti-corrosive ability than mortar.
