摘要
通过对早期模具损坏特点的分析,找到了模具损坏的基本原因,并在理论的指导下,通过调整间隙后的冲孔实验,获得了模具间隙量对孔质量的影响规律;分析研究了毛刺、孔径、材料种类、强度和料厚与间隙量的关系,摸索出一套既能满足冲孔质量又能减小模具损耗的符合生产实际的可应用模具间隙量,最终通过光亮带的特点对冲孔效果和模具实况进行了检验。
Basic causes of damaged die were found by analysing the failure features of previous die.And through the punching experiments with different clearances under the guidance of theoretical principle,the influence of die clearance on quality of the hole was obtained.A set of applicable clearances which could meet the punching quality requirement and decrease the die wear were gained by studying the relation between the clearance,burr,hole diameter,material,strength and thickness respectively.Finally,the punching effect and situation of mould were tested by the feature of euphotic belt.
