摘要
传统的过程质量控制方法都是在假定过程输出服从正态分布下进行。但在实际应用中,存在大量非正态现象。本文在对非正态分布过程控制方法分析的基础上,提出了适用范围更广、操作更简便的约翰逊曲线拟合非正态分布数据的过程控制方法。
In process control, traditional methods are based on the tacit assumption that process outputs are normal distribution. But in practice, there are numbers of non - normal processes. The paper outlines quality control methods used in non - normal process. On the basis of that, it provides a wider and easier method - using Johnson curves to describe non - normal data in process control.
