摘要
对不锈钢设备管道的清洗工艺流程、检测手段及清洗配方等进行了考察。清洗过程主要包括碱煮—酸洗—钝化和酸洗-钝化二合一。通过现场实验,对不同配方的组成及处理时间等进行了优化,达到了与商业化相近的清洗效果。
The cleaning procedure,inspection method and cleaning recipe of stainless steel equipment pipeline were inspected.The cleaning procedure included soda boiling-acid pickling-passivation and the combination of acid pickling and passivation.Through on-site experiments,the recipe composition and treating time was optimized and good cleaning effect was obtained.
