摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌患者外周血CD2+细胞表达水平及临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞术检测40例宫颈癌患者及30例宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia,CIN)患者外周血CD2+细胞百分率,以30例子宫肌瘤患者作为正常对照。结果:宫颈癌患者外周血CD2+细胞百分率水平明显低于CIN组及正常对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD2+的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,可作为宫颈癌患者治疗及评价预后的参考指标。
Objective To study the peripheral blood mononuclear cell （PBMC） expression level of CD2^＋ and its clinical significance in patients with uterine cervix cancer.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD2^＋ cells in 40 patients with uterine cervix cancer,30 CIN patients and 30 patients with uterine myoma as controls.Results The expression of CD2^＋ in patients with uterine cervix cancer was significantly lower than that in CIN patients and controls respectively （P 〈0.05） .Conclusion The expression of CD2^＋ was correlated with the develpment of uterine cervix cancer,and might be used as an indicator for clinical assessment.
