摘要
介绍油田作业用钢丝绳种类,采油机械用钢丝绳(柔性抽油杆)的研发及应用状况,分析油田无力推广柔性抽油杆的原因。探讨采油机械用钢丝绳直径结构的选择及应用实践,提出使用性能适宜的钢丝绳结构:18×7类不旋转钢丝绳是采油机械的主用钢丝绳结构,复合式线接触钢丝绳、三角股钢丝绳也有少量试用;实际应用中,根据采油机驴头最大负荷选择悬绳器的钢丝绳直径:30,50,100 kN负荷时,选用的钢丝绳直径分别为16,19,25 mm。阐述采油机械用钢丝绳的特点与日常维护方法。
To introduce the type of oilfield extraction machinery steel wire rope,the development and application of oil extraction equipment wire rope（flexible rod） and to analyze the failure reason of promoting flexible rod by oilfield.To discuss the choices and application practice of oilfield production machinery wire rope,and raise the wire rope＇s structure of good performance： 18×7 non-rotating wire rope is the main wire rope structure of oilfield extraction machinery,combined line contract lay wire rope and triangular strand wire rope have few practices as well.In practice,according to the largest load of horse head oil extraction machine,the wire rope＇s diameter of poliched rod eye is： diameter 16,19,25mm wire rope by load of 30,50,100kN respectively.The characteristic and daily maintenance methods of oilfield production steel wire rope are expounded.
