摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,地下空间蕴含的巨大土地存量价值也日益凸显,许多城市纷纷开始大规模开发利用地下空间资源。在取得一些显著成就的同时,开发的随意、无序,缺乏前瞻性、整体性和协调性等等一些不容忽视的问题也开始暴露出来。城市地下空间是不可再生资源,如何才能高效、有序地开发利用地下空间,已成为城市发展迫在眉睫的课题。本文提出了对城市地下空间资源保护性开发的概念,并对其重要性进行了分析,并结合城市地下空间建设所遇到的实际问题,从五个方面进行论述,提出实现对城市地下空间进行保护性开发的具体措施和方法。
With the accelerated process of urbanization,the underground space in the stock of tremendous value of the land has become increasingly prominent.Many cities began to develop large-scale underground space resources.Scored some notable successes,in the same time some problems,such as the development proceeds in random,disorderly,lack of forward-looking,holistic and coordination,which can not be overlooked,are exposed.The urban underground space is a non-renewable resources,How to have efficient and orderly development and utilization of underground space,has become a pressing issue for urban development.In response to this situation,this paper presents the resources of urban underground space development with the concept of protection,and its significance is analyzed.Construction of urban underground space with the practical problems encountered,from five aspects discussed and put forward to achieve protection of urban underground space development of specific measures and methods.
