摘要
在黑龙江省县级电力企业的交费方式中缺少一种可以利用语音充值卡进行交费的方式。为此,根据县级电力企业的实际情况及电力客户的需求,基于电话语音卡,以Delphi语言为开发工具,设计实现了电力远程缴费系统。实际运行表明,系统运行稳定,能够可靠地实现远程交费,为电力企业及远程电力用户提供了方便、有效的售电及交费方式。
The absence of a recharge card can be used to the way in the power payment methods of Heilongjiang province.We designed the Power Remote Payment System Which based on the actual situation of the power enterprises and needs of the power customer.The system was supported by telephone voice card for the hardware and Delphi for the software development tools.The system has the advantages of stability,openness,scalability.
