水稻芽种直播机排种装置的研制

摘要 提出了"振动排种不伤芽"的直播机理,利用振动技术,使得种子像液体一样自由地流过排种口,避免了脆嫩的芽种间互相缠绕,能适应水稻芽谷直播。为此,分别研究了振频与排量和伤芽率、振幅与排量和伤芽率以及振台倾角与排量稳定性等的关系,结果表明:在一定范围内,播量与振幅(偏心量)成正比,播量与振频(发动机油门)成正比。另外,还得到了机器正常作业时(油门处于中大位置)的振动频率和振幅(偏心大小)等参数。 This paper presents the structure and principle of a new type of budded rice direct seeding(BRDS) machine,which can be applied to the direct seeding operation.Characterized as"delivering shaking paddy without damage",the budded-paddy planter(BPP) is able to make the paddy flow through the seed gate as liquid by vibration,which is suitable for tender budded paddy.he relations between vibration frequency and dropping quantity as well as damage paddy rate;amplitude and dropping quantity as well as damage paddy rate;incline angle of vibration plan and stability of dropping quantity have been studied and a mass of data were acquired after a large number of tests.Within limit condi-tions,the dropping quantity is in direct proportion with the amplitude;the dropping quantity is also in direct proportion with the vibration frequency.Under the normal working condition,the quantity of the vibration and the amplitude were obtained.The structure parameters and the motion parameters of the machine have been determined.
