摘要
通过抗疲劳设计的容积损伤设计理论,定量计入初始裂纹缺陷对疲劳寿命的影响,以裂纹的尺寸大小和裂纹扩展速率作为结构损伤大小的判据,来判定结构疲劳寿命和巡检周期.以岸边集装箱起重机(岸桥)金属结构为研究对象,进行具有初始裂纹的结构疲劳寿命分析,为机械设备的安全使用提供理论依据.
Based on fracture mechanics and damage and the quantitative analysis of the effect of initial defects on structure' fatigue life.crack size and propagation rates are used as the criterion of structural damage to judge remaining fatigue life compute polling period.This article researches on fatigue life for the structure with the initial cracks of guayside container crane so as to provide theoretical basis for safe use of mechanical equipments.
