摘要
网络在当今社会中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。网络因其互动性、开放性、平等性和虚拟性等特点,一方面为政治参与主体提供了广泛的空间,给政府管理带来了巨大的生机和活力,实现了民众与政府的良性互动。另一方面,也使公民政治参与面临诸多的困境。因此,如何更好的规范网络政治参与,促进网络政治参与的良性发展,具有重要意义。
Network is playing a more and more important role in contemporary society.It is characteristic of interactivity,openness,virtualization and equality.On one hand,the network provides broader room for the political participant and brings vigor and vitality for the government,resulting in beneficial interactions between the public and government work.On the other hand,the internet technology also has some negative effects on political participation.Therefore,it is far-reachingly significant how to regulate the political participation under the network environment and how to advance the sound development of political participation.
