摘要
综述了近年来国内外有关丙烷脱氢耦合逆水煤气变换制备丙烯反应的研究进展,对催化剂及反应条件对活性的影响进行了评价,并讨论了该反应的历程和机理。研究表明,担载型的铬氧化物、镓氧化物和分子筛具有较好的催化性能。CO2的主要作用是通过耦合逆水煤气变换反应消除C3H8脱氢产物H2和表面积炭,提高反应活性及催化剂稳定性。
A review is presented on coupling of dehydrogenation of propane with reverse water-gas shift reaction for propylene synthesis,including catalysts,reaction conditions and reaction mechanism.The supported chromium oxide,gallium oxide and some zeolite catalysts exhibited excellent catalytic performances for the reaction.The research results showed that the main role of CO2 is removing hydrogen from the reaction mixture by reverse water-gas shift reaction and preventing coking during dehydrogenation of propane that helps to improve the activity and stability of catalysts.
