Reduction of water consumption and wastewater quantities by increasing the cycles of concentration

摘要 对普光天然气净化厂循环冷却水浓缩倍数提高至5~6运行的可行性及影响浓缩倍数达到5~6的主要因素进行分析,对三种"零排污"的含义进行阐述,提出了循环水节水减排新技术、新思路,对同类循环水场节水技术有一定的借鉴作用。 The feasibility of raising the cycles of concentration to 5-6 in the circulating water system in Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant and the major factors that influence the increasing of the cycles of concentration are analyzed.Three zero drainage plans were proposed and discussed as new ideas for reducing circulating cooling water consumption.
