摘要
本实验将0.1μm~5μm的沥青微粒分散到由复合乳化剂所配制的乳液中,从而制得乳化沥青,再向乳化沥青中加入一定量的SBS胶乳,混合搅拌制得乳化改性沥青,并对其各项指标进行测定。当取沥青质量为50g时,由HLB值相近原则,取水250g,SDS阴离子乳化剂0.64g,OP-10非离子乳化剂8.36g,制得相对稳定的乳化沥青。随后,逐渐加入SBS胶乳,随着SBS胶乳加入量的增大,乳化改性沥青的性能逐步得到提高。当SBS胶乳质量百分含量达到7%时,软化点、针入度和延伸度均达到较好的水平。
SBS modified asphalt emulsions were prepared by dispersing 0.1μm-5μm asphalt particles in the emulsifier-stabilizer water system which used a compound emulsifier consisting of SDS and OP-10,and then mixing it with SBS latex.The properties of the modified asphalt emulsions were measured.The results showed that the asphalt emulsion prepared with 50g asphalt,250g water,0.64g SDS anionic emulsifier and 8.36g OP-10 nonionic had good stability,and the addition of SBS latex improved the properties of the asphalt emulsion.When the dosage of SBS was seven percent by mass,the softening point,penetration and ductility of the modified asphalt emulsion all reached a better level.
