摘要
针对供电所管理工作的特点及不足,从基础原则、组织要求、制度要求、团队精神、管理标准等方面进行分析和探讨,对如何搞好供电企业基层供电所的建设与管理提出相应对策。
To improve the deficiencies in the management of power substations,this essay presents feasible solutions to their construction and management in the aspects of fundamental principles,organizational requirements,institutional requirements,team spirit and administrative standards.
