海水环境混凝土结构损坏修补技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 介绍中非某海港桥梁混凝土构件因遭受氯盐腐蚀损坏进行修补和防腐蚀处理的措施。对全桥混凝土构件进行全面检测以后,针对不同部位采用结构裂缝灌浆加固、聚合物砂浆修补、浇筑自密实混凝土等措施恢复构件断面和承载力,对混凝土构件采用外加电流阴极保护或硅烷防腐蚀措施,可延长混凝土结构使用年限15a以上。 The technology of repair and corrosion protection of concrete structure applied to one littoral bridge in central Africa which was damaged because of chloride ion erosion is discussed.In order to recuperate the bearing capacity of concrete sections,different technical measures such as grouting to structural cracks,mending with polymer mortar and casting self-compaction concrete were adopted to reinforce the structural units according to the inspection results of the whole bridge.The application of impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) technique and silane coating protection technique in this repair project was introduced as the additional measures to increase the service life of construction for more than 15 years.
