摘要
从优树采穗圃的建立、园址选择、砧木定植、无性系配置与嫁接、抚育管理等方面,系统总结了白蜡无性系初级种子园的营建与管理技术。种子园的建成为加速白蜡良种化和高世代育种进程奠定了物质和技术基础,也为正在建立和将要建立的同类林木良种基地提供了参考。
Based on the research on constructing cutting orchard,selecting site,planting rootstock,allocation and grafting clone,fertility management and so on,the technique on establishment and management of clone primary seed orchard for Fraxinus chinensis Roxb.were summarized in this paper.This research has laid a good substantial and technical groundwork for the improved seed strains and high generation breeding progress,and provided a pragmatic meaning to construction of fine variety base also.
