摘要
本文认为频繁的自然灾害是人类经济社会和未来发展所面临的最大威胁， 是实施可持续发展战略的严重障碍。文章分析了自然灾害是湖北农业与农村经济可持续发展的重要制约因素， 指出了减灾防灾应作为湖北农业与农村经济可持续发展的战略重点， 在此基础上， 着重探讨了湖北农业与农村经济可持续发展的自然灾害减防对策。
It is believed that frequent natural disasters are the most serious menace to economic development and impliment of sustainable development strategy Based on the analysis that natural disasters are the important restricted factors for the development of agriculture and rural economy in Hubei, the paper pointed out preventing disaster should be the strategic emphasis for developing Hubei's agriculture and rural economy Thus, some countermeasures to natural disasters were proposed
