摘要
针对我国造船业的发展现状和现有系统中存在的一些问题,提出一种基于CAN总线设计的船舶机舱监测报警系统。文中对船舶机舱监测报警系统中所采用的传感器以及信号调理电路作了详细的说明。为避免电路干扰对系统造成损坏,设计了隔离式的模拟量测量模块。为了最大可能的保证通讯的可靠性,在CAN总线上增加了保护电路,并实现了CAN总线物理层上的冗余。
For the development of China’s shipbuilding industry and problems that exist in the existing system,a moni-toring and alarm system for the ship’s engine room based on CAN bus was introduced in the paper.Sensors and signal conditioning circuit used in the monitoring and alarming system were described in detail in this paper.Analog isolated measurement modules was designed in order to avoid damage to the circuit interference on the system.To get the greatest possible reliability in communication,protection circuit was increased to the CAN bus and implemented on the CAN bus physical layer redundancy.
