摘要
目的探索制备尼美舒利磷脂复合物的方法并研究其溶解性能。方法以尼美舒利与磷脂的结合率为评价指标,采用正交设计优化处方工艺,并考察复合物的溶解性能。结果尼美舒利磷脂复合物最佳制备处方工艺为:尼美舒利-大豆磷脂投料比为1:2,以四氢呋喃为溶剂配制尼美舒利浓度为20mg/ml,于40℃反应2h。所得复合物溶解度为(216.9±19.64)μg/ml。结论制得的尼美舒利磷脂复合物可明显改善尼美舒利在水中的溶解性能。
Objective To prepare the Nimesulide phospholipid complex and to study the solubility of this complex.Methods The formulation was optimized by orthogonal design using binding ratio of Nimesulide and phospholipid as evaluation parameter,and the solubility of complex was investigated.Results The optimized preparation conditions were as follows:the ratio of Nimesulide to phospholipid was 1:2,the concentration of Nimesulide tetrahydrofuran solution was 20 mg/ml.The Nimesulide phospholipid complex was prepared by heating them at 40℃ for 2 h.The solubility of complex was (216.9±19.64) μg/ml in water.Conclusion The solubility in water of the prepared phospholipids complex is significantly improved.
