摘要
通过"以人为本"的整体护理,使病人对自己的生命和健康、权利和需求、人格和尊严达到关心和关注,以提升护士形象,掌握过硬的护理操作技术,加强护患沟通和健康教育的延伸。因此,随着医学模式从单纯的生物医学模式转变为生物-心理-社会模式,为病人创造了良好就医环境,提高了护理服务质量,其将成为现代护理模式发展的必然趋势。
Patient would pay more attention to their lives,health,rights,needs,personality and dignity via people-oriented holistic nursing.Meanwhile,it would improve nusing staff own image,make sure nurses well master nursing skill,facilitate nurse-patient communication and healthy education.Therefore,as the boi-medical model change into biological-psychological-social model,making better envioment for patient,providing high quality nursing service,and it would be inevitable trend in current nursing area.
