摘要
介绍承德市热电厂CG35／3.82-MX型循环流化床锅炉在运行过程中产生的出力低、运行效率下降、磨损严重、结焦、爆管等一系列问题。根据几年来的实际运行经验，经过认真分析，找出了其产生问题的原因，并对锅炉结构进行了大幅度的技术改造。改造后出力达到额定值，且运行效率大大提高，节约了能源消耗，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益，达到了锅炉改造的目的。
This paper intreduces the problems such as under load, low efficiency, scrious erosion, slagging,tube damage, apperared in service of CG 35/3. 82-MX CFB boiler in Chendge Thermal Power Plant. Based on analysis and practical running experience for recent years, the cause is found out and boiIer structrue is retrofitted in a Iarge scale. After retrofitting, rated load is reached, efficiency increased greatly, energy consume saved, better economical and axial benefit gained and the aim of boiler retro fit arrived.
