摘要
介绍了常用选针机构的现状及分类,详细分析了国产电脑横机的选针原理和走针轨迹。在此基础上,给出了机器上间隙调节的要求,翻针位、吃线位的调节方法,编织以及翻针时漏针的解决措施,并就编织过程中一些常见机械故障产生的原因及解决方法做了详细说明。
This paper introduces the situation and classification of the common needle selection mechanism,and analyzes in detail the needle selecting principle and needle moving route of the domestic electronic falt knitting machine.Accordingly,this paper presents the requirements on the adjustment of gap on the machine,the adjusting methods of rib transfer and yarn feeding position,the solving methods of drop stitch in knitting and rib transferring process,and explains in detail the reasons for the common mechanical failures and gives the countermeasures.
