摘要
作为人才培养和科技创新的必备场所,高校实验室的安全对整个高校的安全和稳定发展起着至关重要的作用。从目前高校实验室的发展现状出发,结合在香港科技大学实验室工作的亲身经历,从人员培训、制度规范、实验室布局和实验操作规范及废弃物处理等方面,针对高校实验室安全管理改革谈了几点看法。
University laboratories are important and necessary bases for the students＇ cultivation and science and technology innovations.Laboratory safety is very important in the security and stabilization of the whole university.In this paper,some arising problems existing in laboratories are reviewed.With the reference of working experience in the laboratory of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology,the reform on university laboratory safety management was briefly discussed,which involves personal training,system criterion,laboratory layout,experimental operation rules,and castoff disposals.
