摘要
论述了以VC++为开发平台,采用基于专家系统的模糊诊断算法,通过对实际结果的数据采集和理论模型结果的模糊比对,对"自动控制原理"实验装置实现自我诊断的机理和实现方法。通过该智能诊断系统的开发,能够在指导学生完成实验的同时,装置发生故障时,还能让学生在系统的指导下,自行发现故障的位置,在提高学生动手能力的同时,也为排除故障奠定了基础,能够大幅度减小实验装置管理人员的工作量和劳动强度。
This paper discussed the self-diagnosis mechanism and method for the"Automatic Control Theory"experimental device,which is based on the expert system fuzzy diagnosis algorithm and fuzzy comparison to the results of the data collection and theoretical model.It devoloped VC++as the development platform.When the device failed the intelligent diagnosis system not only can guide the students to complete the experiment,but students also find the location of faults.It greatly improves the practical ability of the students.At the same time,because of knowing the fault lccation and cause,it can greatly reduce the workload and labor intensity of experimental device management.
