摘要
宁海电厂4号机组配套了选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统,对该脱硝系统的工作原理、工艺流程、设备特点进行介绍。同时,根据2年多的运行实践,对SCR烟气脱硝系统运行状况、系统性能(包括催化剂寿命)及对锅炉运行所产生的影响进行评价。运行结果表明,宁海电厂4号机组SCR烟气脱硝系统性能指标均达到了设计要求,设备运行稳定可靠,有效地控制了NOx的排放。
Unit NO.4 in Ninghai Power Plant equiped with selcective catalystic reduction(SCR) flue gas denitrification system to form a complete set,the working principle,technological process,and equipment features of said SCR system have been presented.At the same time,based on practice in operation for more than two years,the operational situation,performance of the system,including the life of catalyst as well as the inflence produced on boiler operation,have been evaluated.Result of operation shows that the performance indices of SCR denitrification system in Ninghai Power Plant all reached the requirements of design,being stable and reliable in operation of equipment.The emission of NOx having been effectively controlled.
