摘要 本试验在小鼠基础日粮中添加胶原多肽螯合钙、葡萄糖酸钙和碳酸钙等补钙制剂,通过对比小鼠股骨骨质变化以及小鼠血钙和血磷含量的变化,研究胶原多肽螯合钙制剂对生长期小鼠的壮骨作用,结果表明,胶原多肽螯合钙在股骨长度、重量、骨钙、骨磷以及有机质含量方面均显著高于其他补钙制剂。 This paper explores the change of mice thigh bone and the content of calcium and phosphors in mice blood in order to examine the effects of collagen polypeptide calcium and calcium carbonate and calcium gluconate on the promotion of bone's growing.The results show that the collagen polypeptide calcium is one of the new supplement calcium,and the length,weight,organic substances and Hyp of thigh bone are higher than calcium carbanate and calcium gluconate groups.
