流沙湾叶绿素a的时空分布及其与主要环境因子的关系 被引量:13

摘要 于2008年2月、5月、8月和11月分4个航次调查了流沙湾叶绿素a的分布特征,结果表明,流沙湾的叶绿素a变化范围在0.47~6.35mg/m3,平均值为2.65mg/m3,叶绿素a含量春(5月)、夏(8月)、秋(11月)和冬季(2月)的平均值分别为2.49mg/m3、3.81mg/m3、2.77mg/m3和1.46mg/m3,表现为夏季>秋季>春季>冬季的季节变化模式;在平面分布上,位于网箱养殖区附近9站叶绿素含量最高(3.38mg/m3),位于湾口靠近外海的2站的含量最低(1.35mg/m3),调查海区叶绿素a站位间的平面差异以及湾内外的平面差异均不显著(P>0.05)。叶绿素a和亚硝氮、硝氮、盐度显著负相关(P<0.05)。根据叶绿素a量划分营养类型的标准,流沙湾海域的水质属于贫营养类型,流沙湾低含量的叶绿素a与海区的低营养盐、大型海藻和海草床对营养盐的竞争利用、湾内外水体交换畅通、浮游动物和养殖贝类的摄食情况有关。 From Feb.to Nov.2008,spatial and temporal distributions of concentration of chlorophyll a were surveyed in four seasons in Liusha Bay,and the results showed that the concentration of chlorophyll-a ranged from 0.47 mg/m^3 to 6.35mg/m^3,with an annual average of 2.65 mg/m^3.The average concentration of chlorophyll-a was 2.49 mg/m^3 in spring,3.81mg/m^3 in summer,2.77 mg/m^3 in autumn and 1.46 mg/m^3 in winter respectively,so the seasonal pattern of chlorophyll-a was summerautumnspringwinter.The highest average concentration of chlorophyll-a was found at station 9(3.38 mg/m^3) in fish mariculture areas,while the lowest one presented at station(21.35 mg/m^3)in outside bay.The difference in concentration of chlorophyll a among stations was not significant(P〉0.05),nor did the difference in that between inner stations and outer station.Correlation analysis showed that the concentration of Chlorophyll-a was significantly negative relative to NO2^--N,NO3^--N,and salinity in this investigation.The water was oligotrophic in Liusha Bay with the chlorophyll a as the assessment criteria.The lower concentration of chlorophyll a might be related to the low content of inorganic nutrients,competitive utilization for inorganic nutrients by algae and sea grass bed,strong water exchange,and grazing phytoplankton by zooplankton and seashells.
