摘要
海泥区腐蚀环境是影响海底管道工程安全的主要因素之一。根据国家海洋局第二海洋研究所对杭州湾南部灰鳖洋海泥区腐蚀环境因子调查的资料,分析灰鳖洋海区沉积物类型、pH值、Eh、Fe3+/Fe2+、硫化物和硫酸盐还原菌等腐蚀因子的特征,划分了沉积物的氧化还原环境,评价了沉积物的腐蚀性。综合评价认为,灰鳖洋海底沉积物整体上显现出弱还原环境,局部出现弱氧化或较强氧化环境,属较弱腐蚀强度,并提出了对管线工程的防腐措施。
Corrosion environment in marine bottom sediment region is one of most factors affecting subsea pipeline safety.Based on the data of corrosion factors of marine bottom sediment region in the Hui-bie-yang sea area,the characteristics of sediment type,value of pH and Eh,ratio of Fe^3+/Fe^2+,content of sulphide and abundance of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) are analyzed,and oxidation-reduction environment is divided.The results show that marine bottom sediment region in the Hui-bie-yang sea area presents weak reduction environment,and some areas are weak oxidation environment or stronger oxidation environment.Corrosion intensity is weak and anti-corrosion measures for pipeline projects are proposed.
