摘要
在文献分析和实地调研的基础上,建立和确定了评估森林社会效益价值的指标体系与计算方法,并对山东省做了案例研究。结果表明,山东省森林社会效益价值为4222.1095亿元,价值构成依大小次序排列为:发展森林文化价值(62.29%)、改善投资环境价值(35.09%)、创造就业机会价值(1.89%)和防灾减灾价值(0.73%)。建议继续开展不同地域的评估指标与方法研究。
Based on literature analysis and field research,the index system and quantitaitive method to value social benefit of forest were established and developed,with it a case study for Shandong Province was made.The results show that the total present value of social benefit from forests in Shandong Province was accounted as much as 4222.1095×108 Yuan（RMB）,the value components of which could be arranged in the order of forest culture developed（62.29%）,investment environment improved（35.09%）,job opportunity created（1.89%） and disasters prevented decreased（0.73%）.It is suggested to develop assessment indicators and methods for differen locations.
