摘要
分别以CaF2和B2O3为助熔剂,在实验室条件下研究了助熔剂种类与配比对脱磷渣熔点的影响,并测定了脱磷渣在不同温度下的黏度值。结果表明,以CaF2为助熔剂时,在保证脱磷渣熔点较低和流动性较好的同时,为了减轻设备腐蚀和环境污染程度,脱磷渣中CaF2与CaO的质量分数比值以0.50为最佳;以B2O3作为助熔剂时,只有当脱磷渣中B2O3与CaO的质量分数比值达到0.16时,助熔效果才比较明显。
To decrease the consumption of calcium fluoride,CaF2 and B2O3 were used as fluxing agent respectively,the influence of type and blending ratio of fluxing agent on the melting point of dephosphorization slag was investigated under laboratory conditions,and the viscosity of dephosphorization slag at different temperatures was also measured.The investigation shows that,with CaF2 utilized as the fluxing agent,the optimum ratio of mass percent content of CaF2 and CaO in slag is 0.5,which can simultaneously meet the demands of lower melting point,better fluidity,less erosion to equipment and less environment pollution.However,when B2O3 is used as the fluxing agent,the fluxing effect is not obvious until the ratio of mass percent content of B2O3 and CaO in slag exceeds 0.16.
