摘要
厚壁球形封头在内压力作用下,应力计算按照经典力学理论,采用近似数值计算方法;按弹性分析理论,不能直观表达应力沿壁厚的分布;本文运用有限元等数值模拟技术,能比较快速、精确地获得工作状态下的应力数值的大小和分布状况,以此对结构的设计和优化等提供便捷、有效的计算模型。
The stress of thick-walled spherical head under inner pressure,using approximate numerical method,is calculated according to classical mechanics.As elastic analytical theory can not directly show the distribution of stress along the wall thickness,this paper adopts the finite element numerical simulation techniques so as to get a quick and accurate access to the size and distribution of values under the stress of a task,thus providing a convenient and effective computing modeling on the structural design and optimization.
