刚玉斜锆石共晶体为主晶相的Al_2O_3-ZrO_2系高温陶瓷的研制 被引量:2

Study on the Refractory Ceramic with Corundum and Baddeleyit Eutectoid of System Al_2O_3-ZrO_2

摘要 通过控制ZrO2、Al2O3的相对含量,加入适当的分散剂,调节pH值,调节沉淀剂的加入量和加入顺序等,制备出Al(OH)3与Zr(OH)4胶体沉淀,然后通过煅烧获得ZrO2、Al2O3微米甚至纳米级细粉,采用压制成型工艺,高温烧成,制备出板状刚玉斜锆石共晶体细结晶陶瓷。 The colloidal precipitates of Al(OH) 3 and Zr(OH) 4 were prepared by virtue of controlling the relative contents of ZrO2 and Al2O3,adding proper dispersants and adjusting the value of pH,the amount and the order of the precipitator and so on.Then the nanometer even sub-micron grade ashes of ZrO2 and Al2O3 were obtained by calcining the colloidal precipitates.At last,the refractory structure ceramic with baddeleyit and corundum eutectoid fine crystallization was prepared with the methods of oppressive molding and sintering at high temperature.
