摘要
鉴于DRGs的优缺点并存,我国基本医疗保险可以借鉴国外DRGs的经验,以住院病种费用为研究对象,适当分类,探讨一种适用于我国城乡的、简便易行的单病种付费方式,与医院进行住院医保费用结算。
This article analyzed advantages and disadvantages of DRGs. Drawing lessons from DRGs abroad, the article researched the inpatient expense of single disease and analyzed the case-based payment method which would be appropriate for the condition of China.
