摘要
针对GPRS无线网关中采用透明数据传输方式存在通信费用高、实时性差等缺点,以流量计的远程维护系统为实际应用背景,设计了一个多功能的GPRS无线网关。介绍了网关的功能,增加了一种多功能模式,在该模式下,网关采用预先主动采集流量计信息,并对其进行分析、处理,主动上传报告流量计异常情况的方式来提高系统的性能;以GPRS模块MC55和ARM微处理器LPC2368为核心,完成了网关的硬件设计,并详细介绍了以uC/OS-II实时操作系统为基础的网关功能的软件实现。在实验室环境下搭建维护系统平台,实验对比证明,多功能无线网关能降低基于GPRS的流量计远程维护系统的运行成本、提高响应速度及故障检测能力,效果明显。
To the shortcomings of gateway in transparent data transfer mode,a multi-functional wireless gateway based on GPRS is developed for the remote maintencace of flow meters.A multi-functional mode is added to improve the system performance,in which the gateway has the new functions such as the data pre-collection,the abnormal status detection for field instrumentations and the reporting to host actively.The hardware of gateway using LPC2368 microprocessor and MC55 GPRS module,and the software based onμC/OS-II are described in detail.Multi-functional wireless gateway can well reduce the operating costs,improve the rapid response and fault detecting ability of the remote maintenance system of flow meters based on GPRS in the laboratory environment.
