帕金森病患者尿白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白变化的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过测定帕金森病患者尿白蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白,了解是否存在肾功能的损害。方法收集病史资料,采用放射免疫分析方法,对32例帕金森患者和40例健康对照的尿白蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白进行检测;同时比较发病1~5年、6~10年尿白蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白结果。结果帕金森病患者与健康对照尿白蛋白分别为(483±437)μg/h、(311±209)μg/h(P<0.05);帕金森患者与健康对照的尿α1-微球蛋白结果分别为(400±242)μg/h、(286±203)μg/h(P<0.05);发病1~5年、6~10年帕金森患者尿白蛋白分别为(284±138)μg/h、(619±519)μg/h(P<0.05);发病1~5年、6~10年帕金森患者尿α1-微球蛋白分别为(396±249)μg/h、(447±266)μg/h(P>0.05)。结论帕金森患者尿白蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白增高,提示可能存在肾功能损害,并且损害程度可能与病程呈正相关。 Objective To explore whether there is renal functional lesion in patients with Parkinson' s disease (PD) by detecting the levels of urinary albumin and α1-microglobulin. Methods The patients' history data were collected, and radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of urinary albumin and α2-microglobulin in 32 PD patients and 40 healthy subjects, and the detection results of the levels of urinary albumin and α2-microglobulin were compared between 1 ~ 5yr pathogenesy and 6 - 10yr pathogenesy. Results The average contents of urinary albumin in PD patients and healthy subjects were (483± 437 )μg/h, (311 ±209)μg/h respectively,there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the average contents of α2-microglobulin in PD patients and healthy subjects were (400 ± 242 ) μg/h, ( 286 ±203 ) μg/h respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average contents of urinary albumin in 1 -5yr pathogenesy group and 6 ~ 10yr pathogenesy group were (284 ± 138 )g/h, (619 ± 519 )μg/h respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average contents of α2-microglobulin in 1 ~ 5yr pathogenesy group and 6 ~ 10yr pathogenesy group were (396 ± 249)μg/h, (447 ± 266)μg/h respectively,there were no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The levels of urinary albumin and α1-microglobulin in patients with Parkinson's disease increase, which suggests that the patients may have renal function lesion ,furthermore the lesion degree may be positively correlated with the course of disease.
