摘要
某电厂1号机组检修结束启动运行后,凝结水溶解氧经常处于超标状态,数值在50ppb^100ppb间变化。针对此现象,通过试验研究,并对凝结水溶解氧超标情况进行分析,发现真空系统存在漏点,并提出相应的建议,对改善1号机组真空及凝结水溶解氧超标情况有明显效果。
After overhaul ending and starting of No. 1 units, dissolved oxygen in condensate is often in overproof condition, whose value varies between 50ppb- 100ppb. Aimed at the phenomenon, the paper analyzed dissolved oxygen overproof in condensate and found existing leak source in vacuum system, and then put forward corresponding suggestions. It' s effective to improve vacuum system and dissolved oxygen overproof in condensate.
