摘要 高校辅导员担负着对大学生思想引导、日常事务管理、成才导航的重任,其素质好坏对大学生成长有着重要影响。因此,应科学考核评价辅导员。当前高校辅导员考评工作中存在着考核主体确定不科学、考核内容体系不合理、考核结果反馈不及时等问题,在今后的考核中应当科学确定考核主体,合理构建辅导员工作考核体系,正确处理定性与定量考核的关系,及时反馈考核结果,完善激励机制。从而进一步推动高校辅导员考核工作的健康开展。 College counselors shoulder the responsibility of guiding college students' way of thinking, carrying out daily routine works and navigating the success of cultivating talents. The overall status of counselors is deeply intertwined with the growth and development of college students. Therefore, their works should be evaluated in a scientific way. Focusing on the issues that the location of the subject of the evaluation system is not scientific, the contents of the evaluation is unreasonable and the feedbacks of the evaluation is untimely, etc, we should in the future, locate the subject scientifically, build a reasonable evaluation system, handle quantitative and qualitative evaluation properly, submit feedbacks in time, and improve the incentive mechanism to push the evaluation work forward healthily.
