摘要
高速铁路是高新技术的系统集成,其建设和运营反映了一个国家的科技实力。我国高速铁路建设始终得到党和政府的高度重视,实现了科学的、又快又好的发展,取得了举世瞩目的成就。高速铁路建设与发展对我国经济发展起到了重要的纽带与动脉作用,高速铁路运输的低碳、节能功能明显,已经成为我国现代化交通体系的主干。同时,高速铁路发展还将促进同城效应的出现,产生政治、经济、文化等发展的新的增长点,有利于推动区域和城乡协调发展;将对就业和工业发展起到积极的带动和促进作用,对国家战略与安全的作用也不可低估。
High speed railway is the systematic intergrity of high technology. Its construction and operation reflect a country＇s scientific and technological power. China＇s construction of high speed railway, from the beginning, has ＂been emphasized by the CPC and the government, and realized its scientific and fast development, and greatly influenced China＇s economy. High speed railway, as link and artery, with its low carbon and energy saving function, turns out to be the backbone of China＇s modern transportation system. Meanwhile, its developmnet promote the same city effect, generate new increasing points in politics, economy, and culture. It enhances the coordination among regions and townships, and drive the employment and idustrial development, and its effect on national strategy and security should not underestimated.
