摘要
阐述有限元分析疲劳分析流程,试验数据作为有限元分析输入的边界条件,通过利用模态叠加进行瞬态响应分析,振动疲劳分析,对两种设计方案进行定性分析,为设计提供理论参考。
The process of the finite element analysis and the fatigue analysis is described. Through the use of test data as input boundary conditions, take the transient response analyzing and vibration fatigue analysis for the support structure of rice machine awning in use of mode superposition method. Based on the two design scheme of qualitative analysis, the results are feasible and effective, and furthermore a reference for analogous design is provided.
