As an important component of the money market,the commercial paper market plays a positive role in enriching investment options and financing tools,constructing yield curves and supporting the central bank＇s monetary policy.This paper analyzes the development experiences and features of the United States commercial paper market,in order to find suitable short-term papers in the Chinese market,and to facilitate the development of enterprises＇ short-term direct financing market and the money market.
