摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病大血管病变患者中医证候及其分类症状分布规律。方法:60例T2DM大血管病变患者按中医证候分为阴虚燥热、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚3组各20例,观察中医证候和症状分布规律。结果:中医证候出现频率为由高到低依次为阴阳两虚型、气阴两虚型,阴虚燥热型,不同证候的分类症状出现的频次各不相同。结论:T2DM大血管病变患者中医证候的发生以阴阳两虚型最多,分类症状出现的频次各有特点,总的来说大多以体重变化、腰膝酸软、肢体困重为主要共同症状。
Objective：To research the distribution disciplines of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） syndromes and their classified symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus with macrovascular complications.Methods：60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with macrovascular complications were divided into 3 groups as dryness-heat due to Yin deficiency group,Deficiency both Qi and Yin group and deficiency both Yin and Yang group according to Symptom and Sign of TCM,observe the distribution disciplines of symptom and sign.Results：In 60 cases of T2DM,the frequencies of occurrence of different TCM syndromes were Ranked as：Deficiency both Yin and Yang group、Deficiency both Qi and Yin group、Dryness-heat due to Yin deficiency group.frequencies of occurrence of symptoms and Sign in different syndromes varied.Conclusions：The distribution disciplines of type 2 diabetes mellitus with macrovascular complications from the TCM,Deficiency both Yin and Yang related symptom most common.There are different features in the patterns of symptoms occurrence frequencies in different syndrome and sign.Most of them have Weight change,weakness of waist and knees,arthralgia of extremities.
