三叶因子1和环氧合酶-2在66例胃癌组织中的表达

摘要 目的观察三叶因子1(TFF1)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织和胃癌组织中的表达,探讨TFF1表达与胃癌发生的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组化方法检测42例正常胃黏膜组织、66例癌旁组织和66例胃癌组织中TFF1和COX-2的表达。结果正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织、胃癌组织中,TFF1表达呈逐渐减弱趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而COX-2的表达则呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.01),两者呈负相关(r=-0.891,P<0.01)。结论 COX-2的表达增加可抑制TFF1的表达,细胞增殖与凋亡失衡,最终导致胃癌的发生。 Objective To investigate the expression of trefoil factor 1(TFF1) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in normal gastric mucosa,adjacent carcinoma and gastric carcinoma and to explore their role in pathogenesis of gastric cancer.Methods The expression of TFF1 and COX-2 was determined by immunohistochemical method in 174 gastric specimens including 42 normal gastric mucosa,66 adjacent carcinoma and 66 gastric carcinomas.Results In normal control group,adjacent carcinoma and gastric carcinoma group,the level of TFF1 expression had a decreasing tendency(P〈0.01),but the level of COX-2 expression had a increasing tendency(P〈0.01).There was a negative correlation between the expression of TFF1 and COX-2(r=-0.891,P〈0.01).Conclusion The increasing expressions of COX-2 inhibit the expression of TFF1,the balance between proliferation and apoptosis of cells is destroy,which result in carcinogenesis.
