摘要
目的研究快速老化小鼠耳蜗传出神经的增龄性变化。方法选择1、3、5、7、9月龄的快速老化小鼠亚系1(SAMP1)作为实验组,而同龄抗快速老化小鼠亚系1(SAMR 1)作为SAMP系的正常对照组,观察其耳蜗传出神经末梢的增龄性变化。结果第7、9月龄SAMP 1小鼠耳蜗传出神经纤维及末梢较同龄SAMR 1小鼠明显缺失(P<0.05),并伴有传出神经纤维突触结构损伤。结论 SAMP 1小鼠随月龄增长耳蜗传出神经出现增龄性损伤。
Objective The purpose of this study was to determine the age-related morphologic changes of cochlear efferent nerve in the senescence accelerated mouse.Methods The morphologic changes of cochlear efferent nerve terminals were studied in the senescence accelerated mouse/prone 1(SAMP 1) in 1,3,5,7,9 months.Normal aging control the senescence accelerated mouse/resistance 1(SAMR 1) was used.Results Compared with the SAMR 1,there were severe cochlear efferent nerve terminals loss in the SAMP 1 in 7,9 months(P〈0.05),and there were evident destroy on the construction of membrane of synapses.Conclusion There is age-related impairment of cochlear efferent nerve in the senescence accelerated mouse.
